Where in toontown is face painting?

I think my kids would like this, but I have never seen it. I can't believe I keep missing it, Toontown is not even that big of an area!! Thanks for the help!

Is it open all day? and roughly how much does it cost?

There was a facepainting booth set up in ToonTown right near Goofy's Barnstormer, across the street from Minnie's House. I'm not sure about the hours, but it was open every time we passed it on three different days last month.

As you head into ToonTown look to your right it is before you get to the little roller coaster there. Prices were $8 to $15 last year.
