Well, as was guessed by dedala, Floridamum, Bev and judging by the Audrey too....it was indeed Mexico

So, here's another one - PLEASE - answers by PM so as not to give the game away - infact, as your 'punishment' for the short shelf life of the last one, I made this one a bit harder I think
