So I bought a new computer. I used my new external hard drive to transfer all my files. Only the folders I had my pictures in transferred not the pictures in the folders. Then my document folders came over and the files in the folders but it won't let me open them it says I do not have permission. Then all my documents that weren't in a folder didn't transfer over. I don't get it. So now I don't know what to do.

I like Denise's advise ... get a teenager (or even a pre-teen ) help you!
