I beleive so, though the picture was taken September of 2009. Won't be back to the parks until December. It can be seen from the Wedway (the picture is taken from there). As you are going towards Space Mountain it is to the left of the Rocket Rods. It's one of those misting spots and drink stand.

Oh yeah I totally recognize it now. I'm sure it was there last spring. And of course it is one of my pictures. Mine is from the people mover look back to the people mover loading area/astrorbiter.

That was hard since it wasn't from ground level.
