It's not from the Electrical Light parade but it is from a night parade. It is an animal and does look kind of angry. It's not Rabbit.

It is 3D, not a painting. Not from the Haunted Mansion.

Is it from Sir Mickeys? One of the window displays on Main St.?

You did say it was from a night time parade, right? The only two night time parades I know of are the Boo to You and the Electric Light Parade. And, it's not from either of them.

Looks like one of the 3 little pigs. Not sure of the parade since I haven't been to WDW in 20 years.

We have a winner. It is one of the Three Little Pigs from Spectromagic. I thought Denise would guess this right away.
