You are south and west of Orlando? So you should get some wind and rain on Sunday night into Monday? Looks like it will skirt the west coast of Florida and hit land over the panhandle. So you might get lucky. I hope so! I heard they are postponing the Republican convention in Miami.

I am on the east coast of Florida an hour north of Miami in West Palm Beach. The center of the storm is well to the south but the bands that contain all of the fun stuff are on the east side of the forward movement. Those bands have been rolling thru all night. Wicked storms early this morning kept me up. If i don't drive thru this to go play in an empty MK i will go cut the grass and pressure clean in between the storm bands.

WOW...4" added to pool...maybe that will "cool it down" for you! Our rain showers last weekend sure did that for us and actual temp has only been in high 80's so it's staying pretty cool! As long as you just get the rain you should be able to, like you said, "get out the lawn chair"! Looking better and better as that sucker is drifting slightly more to the west. Saw one model, a little after midnight, that puts it more into the New Orleans area. If I understood correctly the Republican convention will "call to order" Monday; take the votes for the nomination and adjourn until Tuesday afternoon. Just hope they don't "cut" Gov. Christie's speech...that man "cracks me up"! I've been looking forward to his speech since he was announced!

I would be in the lawn chair no matter what. 7 years ago when the 2 cat 3 hurricanes passed overhead i was out in my lounge chair in my carport. I love watching nature do its thing.

Now I'm really confused ; that's why I went with Belle. I thought she was the only princess that "wore yellow" other than the solid yellow on Snow White's skirt. Could it be Snow White or is this Princess maybe wearing a "Halloween costume"?

Oh I would too! It's really hard for me, when I have to "set a good example" for DGD's and not be at the window watching thunderstorms!
