It is from Frontierland. Now that I gave you a bigger crop, I'm surprised you aren't solving this puzzle. It drove me crazy on the DITLand thread. There is one of these in Disneyland too. It's not exactly decorated the same but, it's on the same thing.

You must mean the cut thru where the bathrooms are at the Liberty Square end only I only remember a turkey leg cart at the other end by Pecos Bill's.

It is by the cut thru by Liberty Square. It's outside of a store.........this is not that hard.
