We know it's in Liberty Square. Not in the Liberty Tree Tavern. Not part of the Christmas Store. But, the Christmas Store is closer to it than the Tavern.

Didn't you use this one before? I'm not sure what it's called but its in that little building, I think it's right as you enter Liberty Square coming in on the side of the Castle.
