:thumbsup2 Yes, this is from the MK; it's not associated with an attraction, shop or food service. :tink:

is it from fantasyland? maybe part of a sign ?

Well, I'm going out "among the living" again to the soccer playoff game. Not quite as tired today so hope I make it the whole game. Chill is in the air again so blankets and jackets are packed and we're off to Katy. :cheer2: :tink:

I was wondering if that was my breakfast! :goodvibes: I'm getting behind on here!

Here is a slide show of my first day at Disneyland:

We started at the Disneyland Park, went to the Grand Californian resort for Easter dinner at the Storybook Cafe. The red pancakes were red velvet pancakes and they were delicious! Then we went to California Adventure

I was thinking red velvet! They looked good! One of DD's co-workers brought her cupcakes today for her birthday from Ooh LaLa...popular cupcake spot in Katy. They were HUGE and one was a Red Velvet...she went straight for the Carrot Cake one though and said it was almost as good as Disney World's Carrot Cakes! :tink:

Back home and can't stop shaking! IT'S COLD OUT THERE TONIGHT! 20 mph wind gusts with a wind chill in the 40's :cold:; after being indoors for 10 days it was darn nasty for me! :rotfl: Blankets and jackets didn't help a whole lot but was pretty "fired up" about the soccer team! :cheer2: It's tradition in Bellville for the teams in the playoffs to "circle the square" before they leave for the game. The wind blew the sign apart that the bus was SUPPOSE to drive through and got hung up under the bus  but the girls were fired up! Police escort (also tradition) to the game and they took the field and didn't look back. On to Regional Quarter-Finals with a 3-2 win. Games are getting tougher and may run against a "brick wall" next week but pretty happy bunch tonight. Stands were full of supporters and at one time it was almost as loud as a football game :goodvibes...fun evening! :cheer2: Can't wait for Redstorm to be out there next year! :tink:

Awesome news on advancing in soccer tourney. Wish the cooler weather would make it my way.

Great pics Denise. Got to see most of the first link until slide show stopped. Second link I was getting so many ad redirects. Think PB is having issues.

Whenever I get out DL it will be around one of their running weekends. I would plan on staying the following week after the run. I hope you can come down during that time when it happens. We would have a lot of fun.

Do they have a West Coast balloon ride :lmao: We could have WITW meet out west Diane, I could get a "coast to coast" balloon medal like the runners get for doing Half Marathons on each coast in the same year. ::yes::

Oh I will definitely come down whenever you come to Disneyland!! :yay: They do not have a balloon in Disneyland, sorry. I wish we could have a WITW gathering at Disneyland but it would take Diane a long time to drive to Calif. :(

I'm sorry about Photobucket  My iPhotos keeps crashing too. :frustrated: I'm trying to upload some of my day 2 photos but I keep having problems

I wish it would too! Never fails...just put my "winter clothes" in the spare closet and got the "spring clothes" out LAST WEEK. Had to find my HS "That's a Wrap" long sleeve tee shirt this morning...low 50's here at noon. I don't mind one bit but it WAS darn cold out there last night with the wind blowing! :cold: One of my friends and I huddled together for warmth but you just can't stop that wind! o_O This is the soccer team made up of 9 freshman/2 seniors...the former Redstorm team that was at the ESPN Disney tournament. Our Redstorm can't stand not being out there...she even had a dream this week that she'd run in for one pass to her friend Nancy who scored. :goodvibes She'll be there next year but we're super excited for this years team too!

NO balloon ride in DL ...but "coast to coast" medal would be another good one for you to have! When I tried to view one of Denise's files Thursday Photobucket said, "down for maintenance on some parts of the site"; that usually means 2-3 days of problems.

How was the F&G this year? Have not made it up there yet ths season. I will get to check it out during the Star Wars Half Marathon weekend.

Do you have a costume for the Star Wars Half Marathon? Maybe Chewbacca?:lmao:

Y'all had better plan an Ed/Denise/Jeff WITW meet; long way for Diane to drive and, when the money is available again, Karolyn is headed EAST for that little park in Orlando...:goofy:. Just watched a show on (yes) FOX News about real estate in Orlando. It started with focus on the remodeling of the Citrus Bowl; then went into how the City of Orlando purchased the land/abandoned buildings around the Citrus Bowl; demolished the buildings and are replacing them with homes for Veterans and police officers, some with disabilities. GREAT story! :tink:
