I know this one!This is on top of the Tiki House in Adventureland. It's supposed to look like a water buffalo which you might see in Asia. But! It's also supposed to look like a long horn steer because you can also see it from Adventureland and the Imagineers wanted it to be possible in both lands.

I really, REALLY miss Toontown. 
The picture, along with LOTS of other stuff, was hanging from the rafters. Kinda reminded me of OUR garage!
