Wow... I was on the computer yesterday morning, heading to this thread when the phone rang... nothing serious, just my insurance agent calling, but that reminded me the car payment needed to be sent in, along with some other bills... DS started crying, DD then needed to be picked up from preschool, and then all of the sudden, it's 1:30am!!

So my apologies for leaving that open puzzle hanging there all day.

Diane guessed the area, and Denise filled in the detail... it is a barrel that hides the fire hydrant/fixture. I didn't know that when I took the picture. I discovered that by googling that guy's name.
