He was in jail for the THIRD time for DUI, wouldn't you want to keep him off the streets? AND...he can afford bail but can't afford insurance OR to pay us for the damage he did going ON our property BECAUSE he was driving while drunk.

The District Attorney is taking care of that for us. He'll present the evidence, and our bills, to the Grand Jury; they'll send him before a Judge and then the DA will take care of the rest. The "downside" is...could take 10 YEARS to for us to get reimbursed since he'll be spending part of that time in prison!
