Yeah I just got an e-mail from our vet saying that there have been a couple of confirmed cases of canine influenza in a city about 5 hours from here. No need to panic, just an fyi....but now I'm contemplating the vaccine. I'm sure Belle would prefer to skip it, she looks at the techs with such a wounded expression when they give her shots

Annie...I had to PULL Goopy out of his carrier when we pulled up to the clinic and he only weights 24 pounds! IMO, I'd get the vaccine; you don't want to deal with the larger vet bills IF she gets sick. Poor old Goopy has all kinds of issues...his (in the words of Dr. Greg) "wash machine heart" ; he's now almost totally deaf and he's loosing his sight in his left eye. But he's still as active as he can be and full of puppy kisses for the vet tech when she took him off the exam table!

They have taken them out now since the Rapunzel rest area is across the walkway from here now.

Is it on the "tower" to the left of the entrance?

It is a tower but if you were standing in front of Peter Pan, this would be on the right.

Unfortunately I have not been to DW since they opened the new queue.

...and on a lighter note...YES...it's the geyser! I was looking at my WL pictures the other evening and didn't realize how excited I am to see that geyser go off again!

From the WITW News Desk... Anyone watching the news? FOX just reported on a wildfire in California...along IH 15. It only took 45 minutes from starting to reach 2,000 ACRES and it jumped IH 15 setting some large trucks on fire along with cars. Already had 4-5 homes burned and it's headed toward 2 subdivisions!

Wow! That fire in SoCal is horrible! Poor people were in bumper to bumper traffic on a Friday afternoon! I've never seen a fire attack vehicles like that!
