Oh Diane, you are good!! It is a street performer in Epcot! just not from France.

I'm going with Italy too but with the guy performer...he juggles......can't remember much else.

Yes that's the guy Sergio. I had the wrong country. Some reason I thought he was in France.

Not really, it's close but I wouldn't say it was "around" the Castle. In other works, it's not part of the Castle.

Fair warning to especially Diane ...don't look at these pictures unless you're prepared to CRY! DD and I both had tears in our eyes when we walked into the Poly Lobby...THIS is the "atrium/waterfall" area now....
