How can it be SUCH a "pain in the b***" to get YOUR medical records from a clinic? I have spent the entire morning trying to get DH's medical records forwarded to a specialist and STILL not sure if it's being done. Bureaucracy...; now I need to see a doctor for high blood pressure!
