1,500 sq ft, 3 bed, 2.5 bath. 2 car garage AND a fenced backyard, which was my main requirement.

It was built in 2011, but the current owners need time to move out (and take their $500 ceiling fan with them). And Joe is going to be gone for most of April, so it just made sense to extend everything to 60 days.

Fenced in yard for the doggies! The 60 days sounds perfect; I'll bet the current owners are grateful for your generosity! Last time DD moved, they had 2 WEEKS to get packed and out...and their other living quarters was being remodeled! We had a lot of "late nights" those 2 weeks literally packing the last of the stuff in the car as the new owners were arriving with the Uhaul!
