is it Halloween decoration maybe a pumpkin carved in a shape of a character

Now we're getting somewhere! It's a Halloween decoration...and that's it. This male character has been in many movies but is not Oliver or Copper, not a duck and this decoration is NOT carved.

I meant to post these photos after the Barnstormer answer and forgot. I TRIED to take a picture of the new park maps (which I DO NOT like ) so the rest of you could see the new Fantasyland and Storybook Circus attractions:

...and, of course, my eyes told me the listing photo was clear and then when I download I can see...it's not! Hopefully you can see it well enough to read a little about the new area...

In honor of HALLOWEEN...no mask...but it's MICKEY! A giant "blow up" Mickey pumpkin in DTD close to Earl of Sandwich. (Denise...did you see this when you were in DTD?)
