I think it looks like a bucket of jewels so I'll go with the 7 dwarfs in a parade...maybe the electrical parade.

I only have seen toontown in DW once and it was sooooo long ago... so I am totally lost


maybe I should start cropping the new fantasyland then because it would just Ed guessing lol

Since I haven't been in the area longer than 5 minutes, probably not! Is it a bridge over the flowing stream where you exit the main lobby?

Goopy guessed it, it IS a bucket of jewels and it is with the 7 Dwarfs. But, not from a parade. The Dwarfs are rarely sight but, there is one occasion when you can get your picture taken with them.
