"Part of a door but not used as a door" ??? Is it inside or outside? Is it on a storage or cabinet area or part of the front door area that COULD be closed if necessary? ... like if they wanted to make it DARKER STILL in the lobby?

This is inside it is part of a 'door'. The door doesnt open or close. it is a special door. It is on a wall. The lobby isn't that dark.
