Where in Epcot for first night dinner?

We will be arriving early on a Sat. morning. Plan on hitting Epcot about 5pm for dinner and touring World Showcase. Which of the following restaurants would you choose based on food and overall atmosphere?

We love the Biergarten, Chefs and Teppan Edo so it is a hard choice! For me though my favorite is Teppan Edo!

The only one I've been to was Les Chefs de France, and I did not like it very much. Sorry, guess I'm not too helpful.

Those are all very good choices....I chose Akershus, even though we have never eaten dinner there only breakfast, but it is a character meal and we like to do character meals for our first night dinner because it really lets us know we are in Disney. Good luck with your decision.
