Where is the best place to buy our park tickets? We need 3 day hoppers. So....from Disney site, at the gate, the hotel (HOJO's), a travel agent? :confused3:confused3

I'm confused.

The Disney website seems to have pretty good offers going on right now: http://disneyland.disney.go.com/disneyland/en_US/reserve/ticketListing?name=TicketListingPage

It says that the special offers are not available at the gate. If you are a AAA member, you can call and inquire about special discounts that they may have if you buy from them. I am not sure if a travel agent will be able to give you cheaper rates but it certainly won't hurt to ask. Good luck and let us know if you find a good deal - my sister and her boyfriend will need a 3-day park hopper when she goes to DLR with me and DBF in August ;)

lastminutetravel.com seems to have 'unbeatable' prices right now.

There have been a couple threads about them in the past.

:banana:I bought my 5 day passes through them yesterday and already received my email voucher. Reading through these boards convinced me to give them a try.

I'm really nervous about those vouchers for some reason. I'm scared to death we're going to get all the way there and find out they are no good or something.

But many people have used them....and not had any problems?

did you already recieve your voucher or just a confirmation? I purchased Monday and recieved my confirmation but no vouchers yet.

And how long does it take to get the vouchers? We will need them June 1st

Just wanted to chime in about Last Minute Travel. We bought 3-Day Hoppers from them last month and I would definitely use this company again. I bought them at the beginning of April for our end of April trip. The voucher was emailed to us 6 days before we left, I think. Took the voucher and I.D. to the booth and had our Hoppers within 2 or 3 minutes. No problems whatsoever.

lastminutetravel.com seems to have the best deals, and since we bought through them, I've been keeping a close eye on feedback. They seem to be just fine, and the voucher itself (don't confuse it with your basic reciept after you buy) is sent about a week before your trip, typically. You can request it sooner, if you choose.

The posters that have already been to DL seem to have had no problem with the vouchers.

How do you find the park hoppers on last minute travel? I tried searching under activities, attraction passes in Anahiem and nothing came up.

stormys, thank you so much! I put in our dates (October) and it came up with the same price for a 5 day, $158.33 for an adult. Does this seem right for that far out? Disney's ticket promotion is only running through September 30 as of right now. So it makes me a little nervous to buy them this far out.

IMO, I would hold off on buying tickets. Getting them last minute has never been a problem for me. Book your hotel room now, make dining ressies 60 days in advance ... but don't worry about the tix. You can keep your eye out for deals pretty much up to your arrival date.

I bought tickets for our July trip early Feb. ~ so about 5 months out. Yes that's during the current promo but still I imagine you'll be fine. I bought them then cause I had some extra $$ ~ when I need to buy 3 PHs ~ I'll buy one 3 or 4 months out, a 2nd the next month and the last one the next month - so I'm not buying them all at once.

Someone posted that LMT doesn't participate in Disney promotions. Their 5 day tickets are more than their 3 day.

I used them for our end of April trip and it was GREAT! It did take about 15 minutes at the ticket window, but the savings is worth that little bit of time to me.
