where / how do i note reservation?

hello,
where and how do I note our reservations of special celebrations?

Per DCL website, “To make arrangements for your special occasion, sign into My Reservations, select “Special Requests” and fill out our Special Request form. Orders must be received at least 48 hours prior to departure.”

I tried it on our reservation and get this info: “Additionally, requests for special occasion celebrations and some dietary preferences require special ordering, so we’ll need a minimum of 5 weeks before your sail date to fulfill. All dining requests will be verified by your server on your first night at sea.”

So either 48 hours ahead or 5 weeks. I imagine the 5 weeks has more to do with dietary requests. But, yes, it is easy to find when you open your reservation.
