i went to daves site and it was great and very informative, but nothing compares to experience, i am set on the raddison but there are so many coices, so please tell me or share with me, where you stayed, how it was, is it easy to get to from the port, any other helpful information
i will never again stay at any days inn so that one can be excluded, were prices reasonable tell me everything

We have stayed at the Marriott and the Hampton.

Marriott was $99. It was nice enough but they were unorganized.

Hampton was $89 which included a very nice cont. breakfast. Very nice as well.

These hotels are right next to each other. The nice thing about them is that although they are technically not on the beach, I feel they really are. You do not have to cross the street to get to the beach, but rather a short 3-4 min. walk down a lovely path.

There is another post on this, so you might want to check it out. Right at this minute, it is on the 2nd page.

We have stayed at Comfort Suites and Best Western, I also believe these were very close together and not far from the beach. Like the previous poster, we did not have to cross a street, just a hop, skip, and a jump.

I really liked the location, across the street to Wynn Dixie, and the pharmacy, was very very convenient. I am not sure which was which price, but both were between 60-75$ per night. Very reasonable. These were not five star, but plenty for a nights stay or two. The kids loved both of them.

Hope that helped. :flower1: :flower1:

We have stayed at the Radisson and liked it. We got a package that included breakfast and it was a pretty good deal.
We had dinner at a Greek/Italian restaurant next door, called Kelseys that was good and reasonably priced.
If you decide to stay there, book a spot on the shuttle before you arrive. They start running at 10am and the earlier ones fill up fast.

We just stayed at the raddison on 1/14/05. We had an awesome 2 king bed with jacuzzi suite. It was just perfect for the 4 of us. My parents DS 13 and myself. It was $159. @ night but worth every penny. We got two free breakfasts too. The restaurant Kelsey's next door was perfect for a late lunch. We were signed up for the 10:30 shuttle but the 10:00 had room for us which was great because we ended up being one of the frist 50 families on the boat. We are going to stay again in 2006 when we go on the special 7-day western cruise and even ask for the same room.
Hope this helps
