Where for grown up birthday dinner?

Where would you pick for a birthday dinner? Assume you are on the MYW Dining plan, and do NOT want to use two options.

Cindy's has a nice atmosphere, while Concourse has great steaks. I really wouldn't choose Rose and Crown...nothing special IMO.

I loved Cinderella's for dinner - try to go during the fireworks - magic.
Rose and Crown - very over-rated restaurant and very over-worked staff. Meal not great and took an age to arrive.
As a vegetarian, Concourse has little appeal.

I wouldnt go for Cindys because being its my birthday dinner, and for adults Id want an adult drink with my meal. Rose & Crown really does nothing for me(just not my type, Im sure its not bad), however the menu at Concourse Steakhouse does look very appealing to me so Id go for that.
