Where exactly in DTD do I activate my AP?

Does anyone know where I can do this at DTD? I am hoping to activate it before we actually go to a park.

Guest Services, there is one on Westside (not sure where) or in the Marketplace. The marketplace location recently moved. It is now located in the building next to Arribas Brothers (glass & crystal), in the area where the robots custom paint the T-shirts.
