.... do you "hang out" on the computer? I'm mainly a "Dis girl" but I was wondering what other Disney (or otherwise) message boards some of my Dis friends might be found on. I used to go to ivillage.com but haven't since I found The Dis!

Nope, this is where I hang out. It takes so much for me to make friends, and I think I've made quite a few here. Even met some. Even with all the tumult and turmoil, I will just hang out here.

I pop into the DIS Resorts & Restaurant boards a bit but I mainly post here. This feels like "home" to me.

When I was pregnant, I used to "chat" on another board with mostly pregnant people. It was a diff time of my life then though. I need to find a board for Mom's with nearly 2 y/o's who drive you NUTS!

i'm pretty much a DIS girl too...

i do frequent a few yahoo groups though. i am a co-mod for a Gone With the Wind related group. and i'm active in a few GWTW FanFic groups as well...

but my main hang out is here!

It doesn't move as quickly as the DIS, but I like Passporter's discussion forums as well. What I like is that, from what I've seen, the members don't just hang out on one board (if you go through all the DIS boards, you will find each board has their own regulars). You can find the group on each board. They are a very friendly bunch.

I do like the speed of The Dis..... you can get so many questions answered so quickly here!

I admit, I'm guilty of hanging out on my favorite boards, although with my trip pending so quickly, I have been on many of The Dis's other boards besides this one!

I'm also a member of Intercot. For the last year or so, most of my time is spent here, but I love Intercot too. It has lots of really great members. I just find Dis to have so many more posts, and if I have any questions, I get tons and tons of different opinions and answers. Also, you leave the Dis for 10 minutes and there are a 100 new posts. I like that, it changes by the minute. I still love Intercot too, but just in a different way .

I also play on the Passporter boards - it doesn't move as quickly, but it has a different tone which you can't find on a larger board like this. And I post on another Disney site that shall remain nameless.

Other than Disney, I'm an infrequent poster on UltimateWedding.com - was big on there last year and further back when I was planning my wedding. Now I've moved on to Ultimate Home and Ultimate Baby - the latter I'm just surfing for friends, though!
