Where does uber drop off at Disney Springs?

trying to decide if we want to uber or bus and if the scooter will be needed just going to the Boathouse and back to hotel.

There are two dropoff locations - the old bus loop at the Marketplace or the surface parking lot on the West Side.

As stated by pp, there are TWO locations on opposite ends of Disney Springs, as stated by pp one is at the old bus loop at the Marketplace (behind Rainforest Cafe/Art of Disney) and the other is at West Side (behind Cirque du Soleil).. When requesting an Uber/Lyft at DS make sure you double and triple check the app to ensure you walk to the correct pick-up location, the app will tell you which location to walk to.. I recently requested a Lyft at Paradiso 37 and the pick-up location was at the West Side location..

It’s a good idea not to request a ride until you’re nearing the pickup location. The holding lot is only a couple of minutes away from either one. With Uber, you’ll be charged if the driver has to wait more than two minutes. With Lyft, you have 5 minutes once the driver arrives.

Yes, you will want a scooter to reach Boathouse. It's a hike from any of the spots.
Ride Share drop offs are on each end of DS. Boathouse is sort of in the middle.
The one at the old bus loop would be closest to Boathouse but it's still a pretty decent hike.

A scooter is an issue with Ride Share. They really aren't equipped for accessible pick ups. If you have an ECV, use the bus.
