Where does the Toy Story Shuttle drop off?

We have always parked at Mickey & Friends. So the Toy Story buses drop off in parking lot off of Harbor?

Yes, Toy Story Shuttles drop off at the Harbor entrance, about 100 yards from the bag check area.

The Toy Story buses drop guests off in the bus drop area on the Harbor Blvd side of the main entrance (red box). It's a very short walk to the bag check area.
