Where does it Show Up?

I have what may be a dumb question. . So, we recently closed on our second contract. The deed has been recorded, and we are just waiting on Disney. It is the same use year as our first contract. WHEN it does show up on or account where will we see it? On the dashboard?

Yes, on the dashboard, When it is added, there will be no points showing. It takes MS time to complete that step.

Many call about 24 hours after they see it to ask if MS can speed up that process

My last resale took about 2-3 weeks for the contract to show up in my membership then another 2-3 weeks for points to load. As Sandi mentioned, you can try chatting/calling MS to see if they can load the points sooner once you see the contract. I wasn't in a hurry so I waited to see how long it would take.

I called Member Services when I got the "Welcome Home" email. This has got to be the dumbest email I've ever seen - it's not really clear what is going to happen- the only reason I know is from reading these boards. I asked the gal on the line just what happened next and she was so nice - loaded everything for me and I was done in 15 minutes tops! I highly recommend calling.
