When I was at Disneyland over the summer, I bought a Disneyland pin. I didn't get to buy a lanyard. Where do keep your Disneyland pins?

My kids each have their own display on their wall in their rooms. They are easy to make (3 embroidery rings, black material and hot glue). Here's what they look like:

We have two black framed cork boards and we sprayed the cork part black too. We then have them pinned onto the cork according to when we went on vacations. They look awesome and we get compliments on them all the time. We have hung both of them in our Mickey Mouse bathroom. We have our Pixar ones in a shadow box frame in another area.

I LOVE this idea Danger Mouse! I just might have to steal it and make one of my own, if you don't mind! I keep my pins in a neat looking bowl on the coffee table. Everyone has fun picking through them when they come over.

Do you have a picture you can post of this? Just curious how you have the pins arranged.

I will have DH take some pics tomorrow (just got home and its been a long day) and I will try and post them on here. If I have trouble I will let you guys know and I can send it via email.

I altered a regular artists canvas for my daughter. I just covered it in scrapbook paper, cut a big Mickey head with my Cricut (thought I could have just cut 3 circles and put them together just as easily), then decorated and added the pins. Each pin has a label under it with which park she picked it from and when.

I hung the extra ribbons from the bottom and put her trading pins there. These are the pins she can chose to trade her next trip or continue to keep.

(We buy her one new pin from each park we visit, as well as one from the current promotion/celebration, so those are the ones on the canvas.)

Here's some pics:

We usually put two Christmas Trees up; one downstairs in the main living room with the fancy decorations and the other tree in the bonus room decorated with Disney characters and after our last trip I took the pins and with thread hung them on the tree, it is a neat way to see the pins.

We have pin books and framed sets in our room, the girls have pin books and cork boards in their rooms. :) I love DM's idea though, I keep meaning to get the stuff to do that but haven't yet......

My mom collects pins not from just DLR but from everywhere she visits. She took a large strip of heavy material and hung it from a metal loop which she hangs on a nail on the wall. All her pins are on the cloth strip, similar to the ribbons in the picture above.

As a pre-k teacher, I wear my Disney pins to work. Next week is "T" week so I'm wearing Tigger! :lovestruc
