Where do you learn?

I am interested in purchasing a DVC. But very new to this. Where is the best place to start learning about all of this? And buying new vs a resell.

Contact Walt Disney World for a free video on DVC ownership. We inquired while we were there and they sent us home with a packet of stuff listing all the resorts you can stay at by trading in your points. There are 300-400 hotels/resorts around the world in addition to all the ones owned by Disney in Florida, California, and South Carolina.
