I think there are several places - we got ours right next to Innoventions as you are walking to the Land Pavilion side of Epcot. It's pretty easy to spot the lines for them - they have huge signs up, and there are usually tons of people in line for them!

Do they give them out in the World showcase?

Not anywhere that I could see. The World Showcase doesn't stay open for EMH, so I think they only give the bracelets out in Future World. I could be wrong on that one though...
