My cousin and I will be celebrating our 50th birthdays in Disney. (We were born four days apart) I want to order custom birthday and trip shirts. Can you share photos of your shirts and who you order them from? Thanks!

I don't have any photos, but there are plenty of examples on etsy.com, amazon.com, eBay.com, etc. Many shops on etsy will work very specifically with you to create a design to fit your needs.

If you have a decent printer you can purchase iron-on paper from Amazon/Wal-Mart. That is what I do. Then I purchase shirts from a site called jiffyshirts.com for cheap (less than $5 per shirt). You can put any image on there pretty easy. Mickey Mouse heads work great. You could download a Mickey Head offline for free and use Word or Paint to put a big 50 in the middle. We've done names like that. Also, etsy shops have images you can download for a few bucks that you can use on your own iron-on paper. Pay $4 per shirt and $2 total for the image plus the cost of the paper and you can have custom shirts for less than $10. Of course you're only ordering 2 shirts, so it may not be as cost effective as making them for a large group.

I made mine. :) I have a vinyl cutter and TONS of designs.

I make mine, usually my own designs, but check out the Creative DISigns forum on the DISboards for ideas.

The best transfers I have found are from someone that used to post their designs on the boards. Search the web for amymickey & ironons transfers and you should be able to find her.

I always make ours... I use an editing program and print out onto iron on transfer paper.. and print off. I buy our Tees from Michaels at about 3 dollars each on sale and the paper for 10 sheets can run anywhere from 6 to 15 dollars.. I always use their 50% off coupons to buy the sheets

I already purchased plain t-shirts and I am looking for a place that sells only the design/print. I went on etsy - most just send a pdf file and you print it out yourself. I want to buy them pre-printed...any suggestions? Disney Tsum Tsum designs preferred. Thanks!

I make ours as well using downloads from etsy and transfer paper bought from Joanns. Love them but I dont know if Im doing something wrong....are they supposed to be one time use? Everytime I wash them they fade, wrinkle or are just ruined in some way.
