where do you get the little yellow things to put your pictures on the wall? I have been wondering if you can buy it or is it rare..? please let me know where I may get it thanks!

You don't have to buy them, they are just pictures. Click your camera icon and go to your catalog while in your room. Then click the picture you want to use then click the "place on wall" button.

once you take a picture you have option in photo album to place on wall when on wall they are yellow

I haven't done it in quite a while, but if memeory serves correct this is what you have to do:

Click on the camera icon and select the photo catalog option. All the pictures you have taken should then come up. Select a picture, and I believe place picture on the wall should be one of the options that appears. Choose that option and then simply place the picture where the walls will allow you.
