Where do you get the cream puffs?

I have seen some cream puffs and I was wondering where you get them?

Are they in Italy or France?

Do you have to sit at a TS restaurant to get them or are they in a bakery?

They look so good! I am wanting to try them on my next trip!

I had the cream puff at the French bakery last week. Unfortunately, it looked much better than it tasted.

I got one on my birthday at Kona one time. I know they used to have them on the menu there, but alas I think they got rid of them.
