Where do you find resales?

The BLT announcement made me want an add on there. But it sounds like resale prices have dropped, so will look there first if the price difference is big enough to forego a monorail home resort. Does DVC maintain a list of resales? I know about Timeshare store, but is there a benefit to buying an add on from DVC besides no closing costs?

None, other than it takes longer. Buying direct, you have access to your points instantly. That being said, there are good prices for resale contracts. We went through TTS for our 1st contract and did very well.
