Where do you find Entertainment Rate for HOJO??

Where do you get the entertainment rate for HOJO?? I know you can call and mention the disboard and get a discount, but it sounds to me the ER is better. Depending on the closures at WDW, were leaning on heading to DL for March 2011 instead of Florida. Have never been to the west coast and would love to check it out. I have been looking for awhile on the DL board and it sounds pretty nice and fun with the 2 parks close together. Thanks

They are a great deal if they land on your days. And you can book the hotel and wait to see if the rates come up and if they dont you can cancel up to 48hours before your stay starts.

ETA: The Entertainment rate is based on the Entertainment card from the Entertainment books found here http://www.entertainment.com/discount/home.shtml You can also buy the cards online from EBay.

Just don't go through the Entertainment website's links to book the Anaheim HoJo deals. They know nothing of the special thing the Anaheim hotel does (nor do the HoJo 800# operators). Only call the HoJo Anaheim's 714 number during pacific time business hours and ask for In House Reservations to get the deals.

If I recall correctly, they added the dates of the March '09 Divas trip the day we checked in... In Jan of '08 they added the date I'd wanted 3 days before my one night stay. So yes, there's a possibility that your dates will be added later.

FYI, you can arrange a reservation now (they don't charge you up front) and if the rate shows up, you can have them change it to the Ent Rate.

It was definitely available last year, I don't recall exactly when they posted the entertainment rates for September, but it was pretty early. I am also hoping they post dates for September soon, that is when we want to go next.

Great, maybe that is what I will do. This way it will be booked and not have the disappointement of it booking up. Does anyone remember who the nice lady is who I ask for or is that only if the pricing has to change?? Thanks for all your help. Rookie at DL!!

There are several nice ladies in the in house reservations area. You are probably thinking of Lorealle though. Any of them can help you. I know they do % off rates for certain forums too but I'm not sure which ones.

Anyone at In-House Reservations can help and I have not talked with one that wasn't friendly and willing to help with changes to reservations or pricing.
It is best to book and mention the Disboard for a discount now. You are not tied-down to that discount and if the Ent rate pops-up, you can call and they will make the switch for you to the newer rate.
I too am waiting for late Sept. rates...we always stay at the Hojo's!!!

If your days aren't available, you can always get a 15% off discount for those days you need- if avail.

And yes! Only call the 714#. You can email them to request dates/rates available at stay@hojoanaheim.com but will need to actually call the local 714# in order to book the res.

Just bumping this up to let every know that they just updated the site today with three dates in July, the 22nd, 23rd and 24th.

I called this morning to ask about the kids suites for those dates and they told me there was only 1 kid suite available, so I booked it. Glad I didn't wait a day longer to call!
