Where do you eat?

I am going to jump on the Mythos bandwagon -- we love it there! I highly reccomend the cedar-plank salmon, and the... I can't remember if it's roasted tomato, or basil and tomato -- whichever, the tomato soup appetizer is great. The rice crispy treat sushi dessert is also a must (and, it's like $2!)

JUST ATE AT MYTHOS TODAY AND NEW TO THE MENU IS A BUTTERNUT SQUASH SOUP WITH WHITE TRUFFLE OIL AND PORTABELLO MUSHROOM, THE DISH VINNY MADE THAT WON THE GOLD MEDAL AT THE CULINARY COMPETITION. IT HAS REPLACED THE OLD BISTRO FILET AND IS FAR SUPERIOR.

DROPPED IS THE PORK WITH BLUE CHEESE AND PISTACHIOS, FIRE AND ICE WRAP.

CRAB SLIDERS ARE STILL THERE AND THE BLACKENED FISH TACO. I HAVE TRIED THESE TWO AND WAS NOT IMPRESSED. :cool2:

Throwing my vote behind Margaritaville in citywalk.

I like Richters in USF but that's because they have a veggie burger (if anyone else is into that kind of thing).

WOW! I don't think you've ever said you were NOT impressed with something at Mythos. I love their food.

When we ate at Mythos a few years ago I tried the tempura sushi and thought it was really greasy and heavy, and the mushroom soup wasn't light and frothy but watered down and tasteless :confused3. The kids pizza wasn't something my kids ate with relish (why do restaurants insist on ruining simple kids fare by making it more "grown up?" I think I recall it was like a flat bread pizza). My husband did enjoy his chicken roll up sandwich, though. I would try it again but not order the same food :). It was nice to sit down and eat inside a restaurant instead of at food stands for a change.

I'm pretty sure Mythos has never had relish on a pizza. Maybe it was pesto?
