We have never been to either water park... We are now planning an August trip and plan to visit both water parks... Where do you suggest we eat lunch? We will be on the dining plan and want to use a counter service credit for lunch in eat park...Thanks for you input!

At typhoon lagoon on our last trip 2 weeks ago we ate at leaning palms it was good all 4 of my boys ate everything. it had a good selection one of my boys is very picky and he found something to eat, At blizzard beach we only had snacks but if you want ice cream we got this thing called the garbage pail and it was ina sand pail it is huge basically a huge sundae yummmy!!!!

Everything offered is basically fast food....

Blizzard Beach -
Lottawatta
AvaLunch

Typhoon Lagoon
Leaning Palms
Typhoon Tillys

There are a few other places offering snack foods but these are your best options as far as selection for counter service in the waterparks.

We eat a big breakfast before going in, then a snack while there, and a big dinner after leaving.

Have Fun Gettin Wet!!!

Our family (DW and DD8) also ate at Leaning Palms at Typhoon Lagoon. This last time was September 2007, during free dining. For us, sharing two CS credits was more than enough food. We ate in the Gazebo-like upper patio - lots of birds that are anxiously looking for unattended food to grab and take off with. We enjoyed it and would eat there again.

It is called Happy Landings Ice Cream Shop... I found it on the menu... It is listed for $7.99...

Wonder if it (and the other yummy treats) is on the snack plan :rolleyes1

Although not a snack on the dining plan, you must treat yourself to the hot donuts made fresh at the water parks. My favorite food in all of WDW.
