Where do you check-in and get your tickets for the HDDR

Someone suggested that we check-in early and get our tickets but I am wondering if we have to go there or does our hotel have these for us??? Thanks

You are supposed to check in about 30 -45 minutes before the dinner time. You get the tickets right at Pioneer Hall and the tables have already been assigned. They want you there as they sit everyone at once and do picture before that.It is a great show and the food and drinks are good and plentiful. I am sure you will enjoy it.

Thanks. A friend was insisting that we had to get the tickets early in the A.M. for better seating. I told her I didn't think that was how it was done but she kept insisting that they checked in at their hotel and got the tickets there???

You can pick up your tickets at your hotel earlier in the day, but I don't think it affects the seating arrangement.

My understanding was that when you made your reservations 2 years in advance, your seating was based on how early you made your reservations.
I was told yesterday by a dining CM that it is no longer based on that, it is based on where your family fits into the table layout. I have to admit that made more sense to me.
I also read that it mattered how early you pick up your tickets that day but that did not make sense to me.

The hotel concierge will have your tickets and you can pick them up anytime after you checkin to the hotel. The day of your HDDR dinner you checkin at Pioneer Hall and they assign your seats.

The dining plan flyers all say that you are supposed to pick up your dinner show ticket for the Hoop De Doo Revue at the Concierge at your resort before arriving at the show. Whether or not that is for all Disney resort guests or just those on one of the dining plans, I am not sure.

I'm also not sure how you do this if you aren't staying at a Disney resort.
