My dd11 wants sweater sleeves. They are just sleeves that have a thumb hole in them so you sort of look like you are wearing long gloves with no fingers. :rotfl:Anybody know what I'm talking about? :confused3
Anybody know where to buy them?popcorn::

So basically they are leg warmers from the early 80's put on the arms...:rotfl: It's kind of funny what kids find appealing isn't it:)

also try looking for "fingerless gloves". Hot Topic carries some fun ones and there are a TON on Etsy, and you could commission an artist to make exactly what you'd like, I bet. I have made some for my DD to wear in the computer labs as it is always so cold in there, just make sire if you want the cut off finger type or the thumb opening type like you described, or one pair of each! If she has any old tops, that have spandex in them you can make a quick pair quite easily, she can embelish them any way she likes too. Cut the arms off and sew the ends over so they do not unravel, do the same for the thumbhole..or long knee-high socks can be used as well..hit the dollar store to experiment or like I said, old tops that she no longer wears.

I was going to say Hot Topic. That's where my daughter bought hers when she was still into them.

It's big with Korean women like my MIL...she has always made her own or bought them when visiting her siblings...I should tell her it's fashionable now and she could buy some locally! :)
