Where do you activate the MYW tickets?

I know the vouchers that I'll buy at our local DS have to be exchanged for the real tickets and they'll do the finger scans then as well. I remember reading that you can have them activated at Guest Relations at Epcot, AK, Disney Studios and TTC, but for some reason, I don't remember seeing that you could do it at MK Guest Relations! Can this be done there? We're staying in FW so it would be an easy (and enjoyable!! ) ride across Bay Lake if MK can do it as well.

Any idea?

Admission 5ticket vouchers can defintely be activated at any park.
