Where do I sign up to get DINGs?

I looked at the Southwest website and did not see it. Am I just blind, or do I get it somewhere else??

I'm definitely not buying today for my Sept trip. They want $250 rt from Chicago. I can go elsewhere for $50 cheaper. I am going to try to hold out for a DING.
