Where do I OBB?

I’m going to be on the Fantasy in just over 12 hours!! I want to take advantage of OBB and wondered if someone can tell me where they are located. I looked at past Navigators and it’s not listed, though if I had to guess I’d say Deck 4, midship. Am I close?
