Where do I get the best adult beverages?

I saw a thread a while back about this, but not sure how to find it.

This trip is just DH and I celebrating our anniversary. So, we can indulge in a few beverages. Where are the best drinks? Which drink/s?

Prefer suggestions for the parks/restaraunts instead of resorts. We are staying at CBR.

***Also, where do we get those glowing drinks, like with Tinkerbell? Are they all kids drinks or are some adult drinks.***
