where do i get my annual pass I purchase online

I was in the process of purchasing a preferred annual pass, but the delivery option is only at will call/pick up window. So I'm assuming you go to guest services to pick it up? Is that located outside of the park? I was also wondering if they email you your info, because i also see they have a annual pass holder login and just curious if your able to access this info after you purchase it.

They have Guest Services inside and outside the park.

For booking rooms or checking prices you can just type APH into the discount code area and it will give you the Annual Passholder discount if one is available. You just show your AP anytime during your stay at the hotel.

Sorry don't know about the Annual passholder website so I can't help with that. Hopefully someone else will answer that part.

You can get it at the kiosks outside the park gates. You can't login until you get your pass with the number and PIN on it.

I think this might have changed. The only option they give you now when you purchase online is ticket window.

What options were you given when you did your purchase online? Did it say will call kiosk or did it just say ticket booths? I think this might be a recent change or, like you say, might not be a change at all.

At the top of my confirmation email it says this:

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR TICKETS
To pick up your tickets, follow the signs to the Will Call Kiosks, which are only located at the front gate of either Universal Studios Florida or Islands of Adventure theme parks. At the machines you will need the credit card used for this purchase and your confirmation number. Please be sure to bring them with you!


Near the bottom it says this:

Your Annual Pass sleeve includes important Passholder benefit information.

FedEx Delivery: Pass(es) and sleeve(s) will be mailed to you.

Do you remember what it said on the order page? If it included kiosk there? It used to but it doesn't anymore. So, that may mean something has changed since you ordered or that they just don't put it there anymore.

I'm sure it said Ticket window pickup. That was the only option . So I decided to wait and see what all you kind people had to say before I ordered it.
