Where do I get an address to send a letter about a great CM?

Not sure where to post this but the CM who did my PS's this morning was a darling. I have had to cancel and rebook my vacation 3 times in the past 2 days b/c my mom is so sick but now we know she is getting better. I gave this poor girl the wrong dates at first and when I broke the news to her that we had to do it all over again she was still so nice. If it were me on the other end I would have pulled my hair out with a person like me. Anway, I would love to send Disney a letter telling them how great she was anyone have it? Thanks!

I wrote them last year about a great CM, and by giving her name, work location, and approximate time and date they were able to track her down. They called me to thank me for writing the letter, and assurred me that a copy of the letter was going into her file!

So nice that you had such a great CM!
