I'm having some trouble at a local furniture store (it's a chain) and would like to contact someone who might actually help me.

I had trouble with my timeshare company a few years ago, it went on for months waiting to hear back from customer service. On the Better Business Bureau's website they typically list a company contact.

For my timeshare company they had a whole list unplublished corportate phone numbers for the home office and I just started dialing! Finally I got a secrectary for some exec, and she put me through to someone who resolved my problem that day.

Worst place ever. I still get a sick feeling in my stomach when I think about how much we spent there and how bad the quality was. It didn't seem as bad at the store. Everything was late, too.

it's a regional one. It's not the quality of the furniture.. it's the quality of the help.
