Where do I buy the $5 refillable mugs?

I keep hearing people talk about these $5 mugs. Why are some $11.99, and some $5? Why would a person not buy the $5 ones?

I bought mine last summer by back to the future. It was not on the MIB side. They were Spongebob.

They are sold everywhere: at all the restaurants, food booths, and most of the stores.

I saw the sponge bob ones when I was there .... where did you find them for 5 dollars ??? They were 12 dollars to buy them is the 5 dollars to refill them?

There are two sponge bob cups. One is square and cost around $11 and the other is tall and skinny and is made of blue see-through hard plastic much like the twister and MIB cups and it costs around $5.
