My DH asked me out on our first date while in church one Sunday morning. We were both teenagers. We went to see a concert in Boston at the Berklee Performance Center. The rest is history. What about you? :)

DH & I went mini golfing. We got married 3 months after that date.

I met my guy online.. chatted as friends for over a year on and off.. decided to meet and went to dinner and a movie.. first OFFICIAL date tho, was cedar point:)

Red Sox game...hey, we have season tickets and the Yankees were in town:confused3 :lmao:

Our first date was to a local community theater. We were married about 7 months later -- second marriage, 3 kids between us, and we'll celebrate 23 GREAT years this year. :flower3:

On our first date, we went to see "Chicago" and then out to eat. There was a really bad ice storm that weekend and all the restaurants were closed. We drove around for a long time and ended up going to a place called Wick's Pizza - the best pizza in Louisville!

Since then, Wick's has become our special place - we also ate there a few hours after we got engaged and were seated at the exact same table!

Our first date was The Santa Clause with Tim Allen. We watch it every year on or around Dec. 10 the day of our first date.

Dh and I first went to a pub called Charlie Brown's. It was cozy - they have couches and the walls are lined with bookcases full of books. Then we went to a very nice restaurant here (Lexington) called Dudley's. He really splurged and I thought he must be loaded ( ).

He came up to visit me from college and we went to see Toy Story (the first one) in the theatre. Now the song "You've Got a Friend in Me" is Our Song. No, it's not traditionally romantic, but eleven years later, it still means a lot to us.

If you mean my first date ever - well, I don't remember it, or even how old I was.

If you mean my first date with DH....it was 20 years ago (almost exactly!) & we went to see a play titled "1776", at a local playhouse.

The first date was at a Mexican restuarant in Providence. We met through the personals and hooked up at a local college hangout. The next date was at a Greek restuarant on College Hill near Brown University. That night a policeofficer was shot on duty Sgt Steven Shaw the next date was Chili's and can't remember anything else. We got engaged 10 weeks later and have been married for 10 years

 That is one that is up for debate between us :rotfl: ! I say it was a pizza date and DH says it was to a town concert (no name band). But we at least agree on the date of our first date - July 18, 1987. We were married 12 years later in Sept. 1999 (our engagement was 6 years long)!

dh & I went to the best restaurant in town. Very romantic, candle lit. It was the day before his birthday. I choose where we were going, I insisted on paying. I ordered a cake there for him.... He had been married for 20 yrs prior and his x didn't hardly acknowledge his b-days...no cakes or anything ever...so I guess that attention melted his heart :goodvibes

My first date with present DH was out to dinner at a fancy Mexican restaurant that doesn't exist anymore.

We went and had dinner at a local mexican restaurant, and then went back to my apartment and watched Lady and the Tramp!!! :cloud9:

I should have known right then he was the guy for me and my Disney obsession! :wizard:

i say a bar in kc called kelly's. she says pizza hut.

First offical date just him and I was Chinese food and the movie "Beverly Hillbillies". Dating ourselves that was over 13 years ago. We still celebrate that first day October 16th with chinese food when we can.

Our first date was to the Junior Prom. We got married on the 5 year anniversary of that first date. We will celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary this year.

First date ever? Has to be since I've never been married.

June 4, 1983, went with a family friend to an all-day concert in Philly headlined by Journey.

Didn't date again for nearly four years despite being a college student at the time.
